Nuowu II for 2 Percussionists

Nuowu II is composed for two percussionists. Percussion 1 performs the same part and uses the same instrumentation as in Nuowu for Solo Percussion: four tom-toms, two bongos, three congas, and a pedal bass drum. Percussion 2 performs on a five-octave marimba together with seven household metal objects, including frying pans, metal bowls, cans, and other metallic utensils.
